UPDATE: Unfortunately due to increases in shipping with AUSPOST, there will be a temporary $15 flat rate plus an additional $5 for each piece. Prices will return to normal as soon as possible. Orders will be dispatched between 1 - 3 working days and sent via AUSPOST. Tracking will be sent to you via the email you provided once dispatched. Sorry I am currently unable to ship internationally.

I now offer a lower cost local delivery option to most of the Tweed Shire and Gold Coast border areas for $10. This delivery option will appear after you enter your address on the checkout page. I will promptly follow up with you to organise a suitable time to deliver your pieces.

Packaging + Sustainability

Your order will be packed as carefully and sustainably as possible. I endeavour to have all packaging as either repurposed/reusable or recyclable to minimise my foot print. Please reuse, recycle, compost or donate your packaging (local potter/craftsperson) where possible.

Please choose carefully as I do not offer exchanges or refunds for a change of mind. I take the utmost care in creating and packaging your items however, if the piece you receive is faulty or broken in transit please contact me immediately (within 7 days) of receiving the item. I will replace the pieces (where possible) or offer an exchange for an item of equal value. In this rare and unfortunate circumstance please contact hello@blanchealexander.com.au.
